Please read these Terms carefully before purchasing. By completing a purchase on mentorify.co.uk, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms in their entirety.
"Company", "we", "us" means Mentorify Ltd. "Guide" or "Product" means any digital educational guide purchased through mentorify.co.uk. "You" means the individual who completes a purchase. "Licence" means the personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to access the Guide granted upon purchase.
Upon receipt of full payment, we grant you a single-user, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, revocable licence to access and read the purchased Guide solely for your own personal, non-commercial use. This Licence is granted to you personally and may not be transferred, assigned, or shared with any other individual or entity. All intellectual property in the Guides remains the exclusive property of Mentorify Ltd.
You may access and read the Guide through your personal account on any device you personally own. You must not:
Important: Each Guide contains unique identifying information associated with your purchase. If Guide content is found to have been distributed without authorisation, we will identify the source account. Unauthorised distribution constitutes copyright infringement and breach of contract. We reserve the right to pursue all available legal remedies including damages, injunctive relief, and recovery of legal costs.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You must not share your password with any person. Notify us immediately at info@mentorify.co.uk if you become aware of any unauthorised use of your account. We reserve the right to terminate accounts found to be shared or used in breach of these Terms without notice and without refund.
A binding contract is formed when we confirm your payment and send you account access. We reserve the right to refuse any order at our sole discretion.
All prices are as displayed at the time of purchase. Payment is processed securely by Stripe. We do not store your payment card details. For purchases in currencies other than GBP, the exact amount charged depends on your bank's exchange rate.
Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have a 14-day right to cancel. However, by completing your purchase and requesting immediate access to the digital content, you expressly consent to waive this cancellation right in accordance with Regulation 37 of those Regulations.
Once you have accessed the Guide, no refund will be provided except where the Guide is materially defective or not as described. If you believe the Guide is defective, contact us at info@mentorify.co.uk within 7 days of purchase.
We take every reasonable care to ensure Guide content is accurate and up to date at the time of publication. However, university entry requirements, tuition fees, visa regulations, and government policies can change. Guides are provided for informational purposes only. Always verify critical information with official sources before making any decision. The Company makes no warranties regarding the accuracy, completeness, or fitness for purpose of Guide content.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Company's total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Guide. We shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Guide. Nothing in these Terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.
All Guide content is the intellectual property of Mentorify Ltd and is protected by the Copyright, Designs and Patents Act 1988. Unauthorised reproduction or distribution constitutes copyright infringement and may result in civil and/or criminal liability.
We collect your name and email address to provide account access. We do not sell your personal data. Your data is processed in accordance with UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018. Contact info@mentorify.co.uk for data-related queries.
We may terminate your Licence and account access immediately without notice if you breach any provision of these Terms. No refund will be provided upon termination for breach.
These Terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes arising from these Terms.
